Equipment for the production of reinforced and non-reinforced concrete pipes, with diameters from 300 mm to 600 mm, with heights of 1,500 mm and 2,000 mm, with MF and PB finishes for stormwater, using the Automatic Rotary Process (PRA).
The PRA-06.20 features an innovative fully automatic operation system. It is equipped with sensors that measure positioning, material volume, and cameras for viewing key points of the equipment, such as the machine silo and the worktable.
The implementation of these electronic systems makes the entire operation cycle fully automatic, reducing the need for manual labor, and increasing the quality and uniform production of the pipes. The PRA-06.20 machine also has a rotary cleaning system on the worktable, which is essential for proper functioning, automatic operation, and compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Standard NR-12.
