The Vibratory Set is designed for the production of reinforced and non-reinforced concrete pipes, ranging from Ø 200mm to 1500mm x 1000mm in height with MF and PB-type joints (or 1500mm in height with PB joint). It includes an external mold, internal mold, top mold, auxiliary funnel, and motor.
The bottom molds, also known as “rings,” are sold separately as they are determined by the customer based on their production needs. A ring is required for curing each pipe produced. This type of equipment can be specified for manufacturing pipes with drainage features or for septic systems.
Due to its cost-effectiveness, it is an excellent option for those starting in the concrete pipe (manhole) market or producing parts with special dimensions.
