Medium-sized hydraulic machine for manufacturing concrete pipes for stormwater, both reinforced and non-reinforced, through the radial compression process. It manufactures pipes with diameters from 300 mm to 800 mm, with heights ranging from 1,000 mm to 2,000 mm, in MF and/or PB finishes.
Equipped with a rotating disc for mold movement, it allows the transport of the produced pipes via forklift or overhead crane. This equipment was developed for large-scale production, ensuring high quality, as it works with radial compression and vibration at the base of the pipe to increase the degree of concrete compaction.
Structurally designed to allow easy access to the operation and maintenance monitoring areas, the equipment meets the strictest safety requirements. It features mechanisms that ensure perfect pipe finishing and a head assembly made of highly resistant materials to withstand axial compression and abrasion from the concrete.
