Machine for manufacturing reinforced or non-reinforced concrete pipes, with MF and PB fittings, with diameters from 600 mm to 1500 mm and a height of 1000 mm (or 1500 mm with PB fittings), using vibration and pressing processes.
This equipment has a robust structure and great durability, being specifically designed for the production of larger pipes on an industrial scale.
It features a retractable conveyor belt that speeds up the mold feeding process, while the vibration system ensures the compaction of the concrete inside the mold.
The finishing is achieved by a pressure device against the mold, through a hydraulic cylinder, further improving the quality level of the final product.
