Large-sized Automatic Hydraulic Press machine for manufacturing concrete pipes, both reinforced and non-reinforced, through the radial compression process. It manufactures pipes with diameters ranging from 400 to 1000 mm, with heights of 1000 mm or 1500 mm, in MF and/or PB finishes.
Equipped with a double-moving carriage to increase productivity, this equipment is developed for large-scale production, producing high-quality pipes as it works with radial compression and vibration at the base of the pipe to increase the degree of concrete compaction.
It features a special rotating device to ensure good pipe finishing and a head assembly made of highly resistant materials to withstand axial compression and abrasion from the concrete.
